Carolyn is PSAMA’s Executive President for the 2024-2025 school year. As president, she oversees the entire organization and all operations. Working with the six vice presidents and their lower executive boards, she serves as a point of guidance for planning and executing activities throughout the school year. Additionally, she maintains communication with AMA, Penn State, Smeal, and PSAMA’s chapter advisors. Carolyn’s goal is to continue PSAMA's legacy and create a valuable, enriching experience for every member. This is Carolyn’s third year as part of PSAMA. During her first and second years, she was a project manager for the sales division and then an AD of the sales division. Carolyn is also a part of Pi Beta Phi on campus. Her hobbies include attending concerts and socializing, and is interested in fashion and sports.

Her goal is to ensure members can learn new skills from their marketing division to apply in their professional endeavors. Within her position of VP of AMA Relations, Sydney acts as the liaison between PSAMA and our parent chapter, the American marketing Association. She works with key events that are held throughout the year such as the Regional Conference and Marketing Week. This is Sydney’s 4th year in PSAMA. Sophomore year, she held the role of AD of the retail division and junior year, she was Director of Regional Conference. On campus, Sydney is involved in her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi, and Penn State’s student run music festival, Movin’ On. Over the summer, Sydney had an opportunity with Paramount as an Amazon and E-commerce Retail Development Intern. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and listening to music. In the future, Sydney hopes to have a successful career in retail marketing.

During her first year, she was a member of the analytics division. Outside of PSAMA, Lydia serves as a Smeal Student Mentor for incoming freshmen. As the VP of Finance, Aidan organizes the annual budget, collects membership dues, works with ASA to receive and make payments, and keeps a financial ledger of all of PSAMA’s revenues and expenses. He maintains a connection between PSAMA and The Associated Student Activities, which manages the organization’s bank account. His goal for this year is to grow PSAMA’s resources to provide members with opportunities that were not available in previous years. This is Aidan’s second year as VP of Finance. Two years ago, Aidan was a silver member of PSAMA, where he was a part of the marketing analytics division and won the “hit the ground running” award. Aidan is also the director of internal affairs for the University Park Allocation Committee. He also enjoys basketball, surfing, and tennis.

Ryan is a member of the Telecommunications Club and works with Penn State Athletics as a live streaming assistant. Fun fact! Ryan’s favorite state is Colorado! Within the Director of DEI position, Will’s goal is to promote inclusivity within the marketing major and enhance the cultural competence of all of PSAMA. This effort aims to empower aspiring marketers in their pursuit of the most crucial functions within the field. In the past three years, Will has received numerous recognitions for his involvement within the organization, including AMA 2022 Inaugural Diversity Leadership Institute Cohort Member and AMA 2022 and 2023 International Collegiate Conference Representative. This will be Will's second year as the Director of DEI. Prior to this, he has been a part of the Marketing Analytics Division and served as the Vice President of AMA Relations. Outside of his involvement in PSAMA, Will contributes as an Undergraduate Research Assistant with the Center of Social Data Analytics and serves as a Community and Belonging Educator with the Center of Social Change and Belonging. Additionally, he holds positions with Penn State Prime, University Park Undergraduate Association, and Penn State Students United Against Poverty. Beyond his studies, Will enjoys cafe hopping (works at Irving's downtown!), attending concerts, spending time at the beach, appreciating sunsets, indulging in brunch, embracing autumn, exploring thrift stores, pondering philosophy, traveling, listening to music, and, of course, getting some extra sleep.
